Requirements

Your passion for French and English culture and language might be put to good use in our company if you have excellent communication skills in French and English, a proactive personality and a customer oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Some of your daily tasks will be:
T ake e-mails and calls with requests for support
Offer services tailored to customer needs at the highest standard of performance
Dealing with customers' requests about various inquiries, offering technical support
by e-mail and ticketing system and by phone to native French customers.
