Who you are?
You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or a similar field;
You have minimum 5 years previous experience with this specific role responsibilities;
You know PowerBI, ThinkCell, Powerpoint (advanced user), Excel & Access (V-lookup, Index Match, and Pivot Tables are a must);
You have 5-7 years of data and campaign analysis;
You have previous experience with customer profiling;
You have experience in cross channel marketing campaign analyses;
You are fluent in English (both written and spoken);

Self-motivated team player with an excitement for driving results;
Proactive in collaborating with cross departments;
Ability to provide actionable insights to develop the strategy to improve the conversion and the customer lifetime metrics;
Extensive understanding of customer lifetime moments;

Responsabilities:
Conduct in-depth B2B energy market analyses;
Analyze B2B campaign & sales results providing insights and suggestions to support and improve strategies;
Proactively develop and update analyses linking internal data & metrics with market benchmarks & expected results , best practices, competition activities;
Create and maintain a repository of B2B campaign results reports to support team self-service for daily tasks;
B2B customer profiling and segmentation specific for electricity & gas;
Collect and analyze data regarding B2B customer preferences, demographics, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand;
Translate complex data into written texts and visual representations in a clear and understandable manner;
Communicate effectively analyses and insights in written, verbal, and presentation formats to peers, management, and senior management as needed.
