Do you own the skill sets suitable for the role you’re applying for? Speakers: 

Bianca Glavan has always been passionate about people and the recruiting domain. She is a very enthusiastic and positive thinking person, managing to see the best she can in people and situations; and always trying to match each individual to their perfect career opportunity. Bianca has experienced the outsourcing industry and is currently part of the Talent Acquisition team within DB Schenker Global Business Services. In her spare time, she loves to play board games, sing and cook for her friends.

Larisa Cozma is part of DB Schenker Global Business Services since April 2019 and she is a Team Manager in the General Ledger department. Her professional journey was a long road that required a lot of work and involvement. She has started as a junior accountant in a BPO back in 2016 and worked in Account Payable, Procurement, and General Ledger. When it comes to professional development, she likes to solve complex situations and be in charge of challenges that can help her develop new skills. Larisa discovered her passion for guiding and mentoring people 2 years ago, and became a Team Manager within DB Schenker GBS. Larisa loves to paint, especially when on rainy days. Even if Accounting and art might not seem to have many things in common, for Larisa this is the best combination.
