Requirements

� Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
� Minimal working experience (at least internships).
� Strong computer skills (MS Office).
� Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
� Attention to details, flexibility and delivering accurate results when working under pressure.
� Capable of adapting to changing priorities and good time management skills

Responsibilities

� EMEA Customer Request monitoring (Checking for duplicate accounts before sending the creation requests coming from Sales Force and Business Operations in EMEA to the Data Desk department for creation; quality checking for account attributes (industry, SIC Code, OVI) for update in the system; customer promotion)
� Customer data clean ups (KPIs for customer attributes update and duplicates review)
� Ad-hoc updates for customers with open opportunities on demand
� Territory administrators accounts updates notifications
