Responsabilitati
Postul constă în oferirea de informații prin telefon și prin alte canale de comunicare specifice proiectului, despre produsele și serviciile companiei contractoare. În același timp, interacțiunile cu clienții presupun, dar nu sunt limitate la acordarea de asistentă, consiliere sau rezolvarea reclamațiilor clienților. Desfășurarea activității va fi orientată către atingerea obiectivelor departamentului și companiei (calitative și cantitative) așa cum sunt ele stabilite și comunicate de către superiorul direct.
