    Requirements

    - University degree in Economics or related field
    - Higher education in economy or law. Master’s degree in accounting & finance, or related field will be considered an advantage.
    - 1 to 2 years of work experience in accounting or tax is welcomed, but not mandatory.
    - Fluent in English (writing, speaking, and listening).
    - Very good command of the MS Office package (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    - Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
    - Proactivity, curiosity and learning mindset. Bring your enthusiasm and we will teach you tax!

    Responsibilities

    As a Tax Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced tax specialists that will closely guide you to achieve various assignments such as:
    - Proactively assisting the Tax Advisory team in delivering multiple client engagements such as corporate income tax and withholding tax, payroll / income tax/ social security contributions; ensuring tax compliance in direct taxation
    - Performing internal procedures for clients’ onboarding;
    - Research and analyze the tax legislation;
    - Contributing to various business development initiatives together with the team (e.g. prospecting potential clients, identifying contact persons, developing a strategy to approach them, etc.)
    - Preparing working papers and other documents in conjunction with serving the client (e.g. proposals, engagement letters, presentations, final reports, tax computations and returns).
    - Participating to marketing initiatives aiming to raise awareness on the tax service offerings (e.g. leaflets etc.)
    - Keeping abreast with the changes in the fiscal regulations and helping on drafting tax alerts
