-Speak and write fluent English

-Not be surprised by IT language or be able to look for answers on your own
-Know your way around Microsoft Office really well
-Have an IT or Computer Science related bachelor degree

What you’ll actually do:

Each project is different, but the bottom line is that you will work with your colleagues first to learn what is to be done. Then, you’ll connect with the clients to understand their specific context. You’ll need to document these steps accurately – there’s a lot to read and to write. The more experience you gain, the closer you’ll be able to work with clients and the more trust we’ll place in you.
