Requirements

Essential skills:
• Last year student or graduate of IT studies;
• Good SQL knowledge (PL/SQL);
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting/Supply Chain Management is a plus;
• Good English skills, French is a plus;
• Customer facing skills, good communication skills

Desirable personal skills:
• Innovative
• Able to assimilate business changes and incorporate them in the IT systems
• Sense of humor, positive approach and work well within a team
• Enthusiasms for learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

The IT Department of Ubisoft Romania has opened a 6 months internship position of ERP Support Analyst – to assure functional and basic technical support for the internal ERP System - PeopleSoft ERP solutions.
PeopleSoft is an Oracle ERP solution used by Ubisoft to automate and integrate corporate functions such as inventory, procurement, distribution, finance and asset management. You will benefit of one month of internal training on PeopleSoft technology.

Your tasks:
Under the close guidance of the Support Team Leader your role as an ERP Support Analyst will be to:
• Acquire PeopleSoft knowledge (both technical and business - Accounting, Supply Chain Management)
• Ensure a good understanding of functional specifications
• Analyze and understand the customer's needs and the encountered problems/ bugs;
• Perform functional and basic technical analysis on the assigned tickets and handles the communication with the users;
• Collaborate closely with the technical analysts in order to identify the best solution for the bug corrections/developments;
• Perform system testing and different system set-ups related to support activity;
• Create SQLs and requests data updates in the system;
• Perform regular system monitoring and data clean-up activities;
• Stay updated with the IT support best practices and procedures and suggest improvements;
