Requirements
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

- Ability to work well on a team, social and organized
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office and familiar with social media platforms

Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic community intern to join our team and provide creative ideas and insights to help develop and maintain the brand's voice and image.
You will have administrative duties which revolve around building brand awareness by handling tasks associated with social media management, communications, public relations, and marketing.
As a community intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and digital team as well as our dedicated agencies. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our social media channels.
This internship will help you acquire marketing and digital skills and provide you with knowledge of various brand strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and digital and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
• Community Activations/Contests Regulation
- Conduct and approve contest/giveaways/ regulations
- Complete privacy brief
• Music Rights Curation:
- Regular check of assets rights (every 6 months)
- Clean up social media platforms (FBm IG, YT)
• Social Media Reporting and Social Listening
- Data processing in tracker, sether, sprinklr and DOMO
- Help Community Managers in preparing monthly reports
- Monitor and prepare send out report (#posts, social Kpis)
• Send-outs & Paid Influencer Projects:
- Monitor both paid and organic influencer posts (In feed, Stories, tiktoks etc.)
- Data processing in tracker for all influencers
- Responsible for send-out implementation (collaboration with the agency)
