Grija pentru client se regaseste in fiecare interactiune pe care o avem, iar experienta traita de client este una inedita, datorita noua, celor de acum, iar in curand si tie.
Principala noastra atributie este monitorizarea constanta a paginilor oficiale de retele sociale ca Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Play, iTunes Connect pentru eMAG/ Fashion Days/ Tazz si Freshful.
Mai exact, gestionam solicitarile si situatiile clientilor primite prin intermediul mediilor de socializare monitorizate si asiguram rezolvarea lor cat mai rapid, utilizand o abordare orientata catre client.
Ce activitati te asteapta in echipa eMAG?
• Suntem prezenti pe Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Google Play & iTunes, iar servisarea clientilor pe aceste canale va fi parte din activitatea zilnica;
• Creezi si postezi raspunsuri originale la intrebarile adresate de clienti atat in privat, cat si in mediul public;
• Identifici, escaladezi, urmaresti si rezolvi cerintele clientilor, in baza aplicatiilor specifice canalelor de comunicare disponibile (e-mail, telefon, etc.);
• Identifici si semnalezi situatiile exceptionale idenificate cu ajutorul solutiilor de monitorizare existente si propui solutii de rezolvare;
• Vii cu idei de proiecte pe care le putem implementa in online, tinand cont ca e platforma cu cel mai dinamic mediu.
