    MassMutual Romania Paid Graduate Program

    Are you a technology enthusiast, ready to kick start your career in IT?

    Join our 3 Months paid graduate program and learn from top specialists at MassMutual Romania.

    Practice and develop your skills to connect with peers as you prepare to become part of our team full time at the end of the program. Send in your applications by 1st of March 2022.

    The Opportunity

    • Paid graduate program starting early March 2022, for three months.
    • 25 available seats.
    • Full-time determined period employment during the three months participation at the graduate program.
    • You will learn Java, .Net or Cloud & DevOps and practice using real-life examples.
    • You will participate in training sessions with local mentors and senior coordinators from MassMutual Romania. Our team will ensure that you have all the tools and preparation you need to transition to a full employee at the end of the program.


    Requirements

    • Final year students from tech Universities or fresh graduates with no previous working experience.
    • Available to work in a hybrid system: half from our local offices in Cluj Napoca & Bucharest, half from your home office.
    • Motivated and available to join MassMutual Romania full time at the end of the program.
