    In Catalyst, lucram anual cu peste 200 dintre cei mai mari angajatori din Romania pentru pozitii de absolventi, specialisti si manageri. Pentru ca interactionam cu un numar mare de angajatori, suntem in contact constant cu cele mai multe din oportunitatile de pe piata.

    Industriile pe care ne concentram sunt IT, Telecom, BPO, Bancar, FMCG pentru proiecte care implica experienta de pana la 7 ani. Pentru tinerii absolventi interesati de oportunitati, suntem implicati anual in recrutarea pentru cele mai importante programe de management trainee de pe piata.

    Requirements

    • Fluency in Dutch
    • Conversational English
    • Have a genuine interest in working with and helping customers
    • Have good communication skills
    • Be numerate, lively and quick-thinking
    • Be able to handle in a professional manner complaints and challenging queries
    • Good computer skills

    Responsibilities

    • Act as a point of contact for the organisation, ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
    • Customer relationship, provide an effective and efficient customer service that interprets and satisfies all customer requirements through interface with all functions (Masterdata, Finance, Banking Ops etc), drive short term improvements with the customers on operational processes.
    • Communicate the progress of the resolution of the problems and supply information, monitoring customer complaints and drive resolution.
