Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills, attention to details and quality checking
Undersdtanding of computer networks and architectures
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Ability to interpret and apply technical concepts
Ability to comprehend and interpret complex results, based on predefined rules
Able to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Result oriented
Willing to occasionally work on flexible time (business work days only)
Basic experience in using Unix/Linux operating system is a plus

Responsibilities

Operate LMS technical measurement process for Fusion Middleware (Formely BEA) products, according to internal working procedures
Track the data collection and analysis associated with each customer review to ensure it is completed within team service levels timelines
Provide remote support to Oracle customers throughout the process of installing and running Fusion Middleware LMS technical measurement tools
Validate proper data collection, installation and configuration of the tools
Contact LMS field consultants to collect missing information
Analyze and summarize customer usage of Fusion Middleware products based on an established set of business rules that is part of the internal working procedures
Provide support and consultancy to LMS consultants regarding the technical measurement of Fusion Middleware products
Understanding of Oracle technologies
