    Requirements

    • University graduate;
    • Fluent in spoken and written English;
    • Good MS Office knowledge;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects;
    • Proactive and high-energy attitude;
    • Integrity, honesty, and reliability in all interpersonal relations;
    • Desire to grow, contribute and have an impact

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain the relationship with suppliers and other stakeholders of the company;
    • Help the entire team to travel around the world;
    • Surprise each colleague with an unforgettable birthday/anniversary gift;
    • Plan, organize and coordinate team-building and office activities;
    • Preparation of employment forms (individual labour contract, personal data sheet, etc);
    • Organizes and distributes to employees’ different HR documents (holiday requests, medical leaves, employee certificates, etc.);
    • Archive of personal and office documents;
    • Continuous communication with all teams;
    • Create spreadsheets, and other reports if required;
    • Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries related to HR processes
