    We are looking for an HR Intern who will provide support to our local HR Department, focusing mainly on areas such as Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Onboarding, Employer Branding and Internship Programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate all the Internship programs initiatives in accordance with the company standards;
    • Offer support for the local Training & Development and Rewards & Recognition programs;
    • Support the onboarding and integration of new employees within the company;
    • Support in organizing different internal activities such as creativity workshops, teambuildings, teams' engagement activities, etc.;
    • Offer support for any related Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) activities;
    • Format and post Job Descriptions;
    • Eager to learn and get involved in various HR tasks/projects
    What will make you successful:
    • Student in a final year or graduate at a bachelor or master program in Human Resources/Business Administration/Psychology or equivalent
    • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
    • Fluency in English
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong motivation to drive results
    • Ability to establish and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
    • Strong analytical skills necessary to plan and priorities own work on schedule.
    • Ability to drive and solve problems and suggest proactive solutions.
