    "I am a Human Resources man from a multinational company, with a rich experience in creating  and delivering personal and professional development programs for the people in the  organization. In my 25-year professional journey, I left the sales agent job, then I led sales teams,  I had results, I made mistakes but I learned from them. In my 22 years of professional activity I  went  from sales agent, sales manager, trainer, HR Business Partner, to current position- Learning & Development Manager.

    Among my responsibilities are: recruiting, identifying the new learning solution, designing  development programs, delivering trainings, workshops, drawing and implementing development  plans. I like to spend my free time with activities from which I take energy, play tennis, run, read,  reflect, allocate free time for my personal life. "
