Requirements

• Higher education – preferably technical;
• MS Office – especially Word and Power Point;
• English and French – advanced level;
• Good knowledge: MS Office;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in production field;
• Experience in team coordination;
• VLeadership skills;
• Ability to adapt to new situations, communication and coordination skills – flexibility, dynamism, speed in adapting to company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates the production process;
• Produces daily, weekly and monthly standards according to the planning;
• Ensures proper use of components and materials;
• Achieves the established level of efficiency;
• Leads daily QRMC and QRQC segment meetings;
• Participates in daily Product Section meetings;
• Performs budget control to ensure maintenance within budget;
• Follows up on technically non-compliant and rejected products;
• Assists employees in problem solving process;
• Leads monthly meetings in his/her production segment;
• Establishes objectives for subordinate employees and evaluates them;
• Provides information exchange between departments.
