Accounts Payable Officer - Timisoara

Requirements:

PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel;
Experience 1+ yrs; Graduate/Experience in Accounting/Economics;
Good verbal/written communication skills;
Focused on process improvements;
Problem analysis and problem solving;
Focused on meeting deadlines;
Team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing invoices (PO&non PO) as per SLA and accuracy;
Processing payments as per the schedule and ad ad-hoc;
Follow up invoices relevant for discount for early payments and obtain maximum discount;
Performs quality checks;
Months End reporting and Management Reporting (SLAs, KPIs, dashboards…);
Handling Vendor queries;
Handling invoices exceptions (Discrepancy resolution);
Process T
Mentor and assist new hires in their accommodation period;
Escalates issues at the right time and to the correct owner.
