With 15+ years in the IT industry I was witness to so many transformations along the way that made me realize there is only one constant in our industry and that is "change". No university would ever be able to prepare you for this. I have built numerous teams along my previous experiences in both matrix and conventional organizations, lead multiple projects and programs and found that everything is dependent on the people you work with, on their attitude and involvement.
