INTERNSHIP – DevOps/QA

You will work on the marketing websites used for B2C activity on equity and exotic derivative products issued by Societe Generale Investment Bank. The websites handle more than 250.000 products that are priced every second and each price tick is displayed in real-time on the website alongside with other information relevant about each product. In total, we manage more than 10 websites for all the countries where these products are sold. 

Specifically, you will be required to:
• Involved in level 1 and 2 production (and non-production) environment monitoring, incident resolution, troubleshooting and requests handling;
• Test and release deployments in production & UAT;
• Participate, by rotation, in disaster recovery exercises and other weekend operations;
• Handle the application access rights;
• Be responsible for the in-house CMS (Content Management System) configuration on product classification menu, product attributes, banners, editorials and adverts;
• Work with Continuous Delivery and Agile methodologies.

Profile Required
• Basic SQL knowledge;
• Basic knowledge of HTML and XML;
• Good problem-solving and communication skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Studying towards or having a master’s degree in computer science or a related field;
• Familiar with Web Applications and Web Application Servers concepts;
• Basic networking and bash scripting skills.
