Requirements
Studii medii, reprezinta avantaj studiile universitare
Experienta relevanta de 2-4 ani pe o pozitie similara
Experient in lucru cu SAP si CRM reprezinta un avantaj
Cunostinte bune de MS Office (word, excel, power point)
Limba engleza si germana nivel avansat
Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare si lucru in echipa
Abilitati excelente de organizare, planificare si gestionare a timpului de lucru
Capacitate buna de analiza a datelor
Responsibilities
Preluarea cererilor venite prin diferite canale de vanzare si procesarea acestora
Verificarea documentatiilor specifice fiecarei cereri (ex. documente de identitate, formulare de comanda, extrase registrul comertului, extrase bancare, oferte comerciale, bonuri de comanda)
Verificarea si aplicarea regulilor de creditare
Introducerea datelor in sistemele utiilizate si configurarea produselor conform cererii clientilor si procedurilor interne
Procesarea task-urilor in limita SLA-ului agreat
Procesarea corecta si calitativa a continutului in sistemele specifice
