    •has a basic understanding of recruitment related topics - and is driven to learn more
    •has excellent communication and relationship development skills

    •high attention to detail and effective time-management abilities
    •nurtures a growth mindset and is interested in developing processes
    •minimum 6 months of relevant experience

    Job Description

    We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Specialist who will play a central role in our Talent Acquisition function with varying tasks related to providing support through the recruitment life cycle. You will help create an amazing candidate experience and ensure a pleasant journey for all candidates through the process.

    In this role, you’ll get to...

    •design and create job descriptions;
    •post job openings on our website and other job sites;
    •source and identify the profiles that would turn into our future colleagues by using various sourcing techniques and platforms;
    •check and update the candidate database, contribute to ad-hoc recruitment reports;
    •communicate in a timely and efficient manner the progress of the recruitment process to your colleagues and candidates;
    •keep an eye on tools, technologies, and best practices in the field and suggest improvement areas;
    •deliver a high standard of quality on your tasks;
    •gradually manage the first stage of our recruitment process with little supervision;
    •support the implementation and promotion of various employer branding initiatives;
    •offer support in the induction and on-boarding process;
    •organize and attend HR events (job fairs);
