    Requirements

    What you’ll need:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business IT or related subject
    • Good knowledge of C/C++, including debugging skills and ideally some experience with debugging tools on different operating systems (Visual Studio, Sun/Solaris Studio, Eclipse
    • Basic knowledge of SQL/Java/C#
    • Strong customer focus skills with the ability communicate fluently in English
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a customer facing team

    Responsibilities

    What you’ll do

    Technical Customer Support Advisors are key interface between our clients and our research and development (R&D) organization and contribute to the overall deliver of software and services to ensure we provide a world class customer experience. During the program, we’ll support you to become a product specialist and develop your technical skills as you’ll be responsible for resolving technical issues raised by our customers. You’ll also support in doing testing on beta deliveries or fixes before they are released to customers.

    Your main responsibilities will be:

    • Work as part of the FusionCapital Summit Customer Support team
    • Respond to customer requests; investigating and diagnosing the issues and provide solutions to resolve these within agree timeframes keeping clients updated on progress at all times
    • Reproduce issues within local environments and look for workarounds to minimize client downtimes
    • Review source code and build simple scripts
    • Track issues sent to other departments and ensure resolution to the clients’ satisfaction
    • Participate in client meetings to update on progress and escalate issues where needed
