    ob Purpose & Key Objectives

    As demo Analyst with a 4 Months Contract, you will be in charge of setting up a central repository for iHCM Demo, including Business Consultancy (BC) Communications & Collaterals by leveraging available ADP tools such as ADPWorks/ Sharepoint/ OneDrive.

    You will review iHCM status/gaps per country in order to provide Voice of Sales (VOS) feedback to product/ product marketing and to senior leadership.

    The candidate will work with and under the supervision of the ESI Domain Specialist for iHCM and the scope of this assignment is the ESI iHCM offering (single country and multi-country).

    Responsibilities

    Key Duties/Tasks

    Review activities and ADP site structure provided by US Central Demo Team for Global Payroll & Workforce manager to identify best practices and transferable aspects for ESI iHCM
    Review current demo materials and information flows/repositories
    Analyse user requirements/preferences
    Propose and prioritise ESI set up/transition activities including ramp up plan
    Present key decisions/sponsorship required for tactical next steps
    Set up and populate the new central repository
    Establish a communication plan to share the new repository to current and future BCs and sales champions
    Research and document current status overview for each iHCM Single country + iHCM MC (Multi-Country) collating an overview of:
    current product features and functionalities
    IT landscape of the offering including connectivity with local platforms (eg payroll, time )
    gaps/ enhancement requests that have already been documented through a variety of channels/logs & add any additional pain-points raised by BCs (Business Consultants), Sales & Domain Specialists
    Detail Demo Environment, RFPIO repository & Sales collateral status
    Include information from the ESI iHCM Sales Area Product Leader [APL] on sales performance, pipeline and create a 4 box grid recording: Hits| Misses |Challenges/Risks| Road ahead
    Include KPI on demo usage in BC Requests
    Prepare input to VOS Quarterly forum and present content as requested by Domain Specialist
    Candidate Profile

    Fluent in English (min C1).
    Sales Operations/Business Analyst/Marketing orientation
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Internet/Intranet navigation
    Well organized, with attention to detail
    Fast learner, with good analytical and technical skills
    Ability to prepare written documentation and use appropriate email etiquette
    Time management abilities and flexible approach
    Gathers information necessary to make decisions; anticipates, identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
    Ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders and self-prioritize
    Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teams good communication skills
    Self-starter with confidence to own and manage processes as well as a team player
    Ability to formulate problem statements and structure analyses to identify root cause, provide options, present findings and support decision making
    Enthusiastic, energetic and eager to progress within a large, dynamic organization culture
