    Cerinte

    - University graduate;
    - At least 1 year of experience in Costumer Service or Logistics;
    - Knowledge of Ms Office suite, ERP systems;
    - Proficient knowledge of English, German is a plus.

    Responsabilitati

    A. Order handling:
    - Act to ensure that the logistics process, from order income to product delivery, runs smoothly and correct:
     enter/plan orders in the satellite plants on the basis of customer orders;
     track and trace orders, consent customers and satellite plants to delivery problems or changes in regular order flows;
     coordinate and communicate all order/shipment/transportation related information to customers, outside sales, warehouses and plants, track timely deliveries;
     Provide all necessary shipping documents to forwarders and customers.
     Ensure that the internal ERP system is up-to-date at all times.
    - Handle all relevant correspondence, email, faxes, phone calls, etc.

    B.Inventory management (customer inventory):
    - Maintain the customers safety inventory, monitor inventory levels, place orders at satellite plants.
    - Identify usage patterns, customer sales prognoses, plants delivery performance, etc., recommend adjustments of inventory and ordering parameters.
    - Monitor logistic channels/performance to ensure on-time delivery, coordinate with forwarders, fill out necessary forms, act in case of problems.

    C.Customer service:
    - Convert (if necessary) requested specifications to TOD products/configurations.
    - Communicate regularly with customers and outside sales regarding issues and progress.
    - Act as a liaison to (potential) customers and agents concerning product assortment, delivery, pricing and other inquiries, discuss with sales regarding issues, send documentation.
    - Coordinate and investigate customer questions/complaints on deliveries, quality, price etc, retrieve nature and cause of the problem, recommend outside sales and/or undertake necessary actions.
    - Build and improve customer relationships and improve the processes and cooperation between customer and Therm-O-Disc; this includes customer visits together with sales.

    D.Customer related information sharing:
    - Document customer files and ensure that customer information is accurate and current.
    - Take notice of outside sales visit reports, undertake indicated actions, monitor and challenge outside sales on their actions.
    - Inform outside sales and other TOD employees on all necessary customer specific information.
    - Provide Sales with necessary information (sales quotations, price files, etc.) and keep them informed about customer issues.

    E.Trade compliance:
    - Ensure that all transactions are properly screened and recorded in accordance with company�s trade compliance procedures.
    - Any concerns or questions are to be escalated to the local gatekeeper.
