Artificial Intelligence Conference is dedicated to juniors and also seniors enthusiasts from the tech field. We want to grow the tech community from Bucharest so we created a space where you can learn, meet people with the same passions as you and create new connections.

On stage will join memorable local and international speakers from the tech world, excited to share the latest trends and news on the Artificial Intelligence subject. The discussions will be moderated by Bogdan Raduta - Chief Innovation Officer @ ENSO Artificial Intelligence. We will have our special speaker Marius Leordeanu on stage with it`s keynote, followed Virgil Ilian and by other speakers from TOP companies in tech such as EY Romania. We prepared for you a networking area where you can enjoy a drink and interact with our speakers, get to know more about the companies and discover the new tech gadgets that companies will present.

We will talk about what it means to "see" and understand the world, going from its physical properties to the semantic interpretation of objects and the activities they perform in space and time. Thus, we will address one of the most challenging questions in artificial intelligence and robotics today, which is that of unsupervised learning in space and time and how we can use the natural consensus between different interpretations of the world in order to solve this essential problem. We will see that the scientific principles that guide robotics and unsupervised learning are strongly related to how human intelligence works and we will also show how these principles can be used to help us improve and enhance our level of freedom, creativity and human expression.

 An experienced technical consultant, Bogdan Raduta has worked across multiple IT&C positions in both   large and small technology companies. With rapid prototyping as his core skill, he has built, managed and   executed multiple digital products for both local and international market. He really loves to work hands-on   on products and see how an idea can become a reality. Bogdan managed a dozen of projects, and he's   proficient with various technologies, including AR/VR, ML&AI and customer-centric applications based on   newest mobile or web technologies.

 

In addition to being Chief Innovation Officer at ENSO.AI, Bogdan likes to be involved in NGOs activities and use technology to address topics in health, environment or education.

Marius Leordeanu - Guest Speaker,  Professor at the University Politehnica of Bucharest (UPB) and Senior Researcher at the Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy (IMAR)

He is Full Professor at the University Politehnica of Bucharest (UPB) and Senior Researcher at the Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy (IMAR). Marius obtained his Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Hunter College - City University of New York (2003) and PhD in Robotics at Carnegie Mellon University (2009), in USA. He also actively collaborates with international companies and institutes that do top-level research internationally, such as Google, Siemens, Norwegian Research Institute, Fordaq, ARNIA and Bitdefender. His main research is focused on robotics, artificial intelligence and the problem of what it means to learn unsupervised to obtain a full multi-task understanding of the world in space and time. On these topics Marius published more than 50 scientific papers at the top international level, wrote two books and received 7200 citations worldwide. For his work on unsupervised learning Dr. Marius Leordeanu received in 2014 the "Grigore Moisil" Prize in Mathematics and a Google Research Award in 2021.

Adrian is the Technology Lead of the EY Romania Digital & Emerging Technologies team. He has more than 15 years experience in IT and a solid knowledge of Telecom and Financial Services industries. He has a keen interest in how IT enables business evolution and digital disruption through automation and he is a strong promoter of cloud computing. In his spare time, Adrian likes to read and enjoy a good conversation and a cup of coffee together with his friends.
