    Requirements

    • Windows knowledge, UNIX basic knowledge desirable
    • 1st or 2nd level support experience (at least 1 year) including hotline support (no dispatching - only service desk)
    • ITIL desirable

    • Good to very good knowledge of BMC Remedy AR Suite

    Responsibilities

    • Acceptance and processing of support requests and error messages
    • Log file analyses of faulty jobs
    • OFTP2 and ENGDAT error analyses and correction
    • Consultation of the specialist department (functional, technical)
    • Processing and implementation of service requests
    • Maintenance and setup of OFTP2 partner stations
    • Processing urgent tasks on emergency platforms/interfaces
    • Maintenance of the knowledgebase
    • Receipt and qualification of fault reports and requests via telephone, email or ticket tool
