To conclude these workshops, we will have the very inspiring testimony of Ana Diana Stefan-SeniorManager at ADP Romania who will share her journey at ADP, from her integration to the position she holds today. Ana Diana will talk about the importance of talent development at ADP through concrete examples of processes and tools available at ADP (e-learning, StandOut, IDP, Mentoring etc.)
