    HP's Sales Operations Digital Transformation Office is looking for an Automation Communication Support who will assist the Automation Core Team to create informative content in various forms - written or visual including blog/vlog posts, manuals, news articles or organizational announcements. The individual will also be responsible to respond to employee’s queries posted in different communication platforms such as email, chat, webcast, etc.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with Automation Core team to understand business processes/requirements and develop appropriate communication strategies

    • Brainstorm and suggest new ways to improve communication and community engagement

    • Identify effective communication platform and create content which will catch maximum audience interest

    • Ensure that contents are compliant with copyright, data privacy and company branding guidelines

    • Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with company and organizational branding

    • Update SharePoint pages and internal social media platforms periodically

    Your profile:

    • BA or BS degree in English, Communications, Marketing or Computer Science

    • 1 year since you finished your studies

    • Excellent English writing, proofreading and communication skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Power Point

    • Ability to maintain consistency in content writing, while adjusting writing style to audiences with varying levels

    • Excellent time management skills and can work with minimal supervision

    • Ability to work efficiently with a remote team; team player

    • Detail oriented with good time management and organization skills

    • Goal oriented and customer oriented

    • Have a basic understanding of process automation

    • Knowledge and passion on digital solutions, including latest trends and automation technologies is a plus

    • Experience as a content creator with strong and engaging content would be a plus
