    B.skilled

    1 - 3 years of experience in HR operations in an international company
    Bachelor’s Degree 
    Experience with HR/Romanian Labor law and processes
    Experience of an HCM system, such as Oracle, Workday would be advantageous
    Experience in supporting/coordinating learning and development processes
    Can do, delivery focused, solution oriented and a positive mindset
    Highly disciplined and motivated: a self-starter who is able to both work independently and as a member of the team
    Motivated and happy to work in a fast paced environment
    Able to navigate ambiguities and drive for process improvement
    Constantly demonstrates ownership and proactiveness in seeking to improve and optimize in anything related to their and their team’s work.

    Responsabilitati

    B.responsible

    Onboarding experience:

    Coordinates pre-hire and hire formalities and ensures compliance
    In person contract signing and welcome pack coordination
    Coordinates/facilitates new hire orientation/induction sessions
    Ensures the integration of new employees; new hire follow-ups
    Assists in the activity to design, deliver and constantly improve our onboarding proposition and programs in the country, in order to guarantee a positive Day 1 employee experience
    Acts as steward of the employee experience and  company culture

    HR Administration:

    Partners with HR Operations and Payroll to ensure that people transactions are processed timely, and processes are continuously reviewed, improved and streamlined

    Offboarding:

    Conducts exit interviews to identify attrition trends
    Ensures compliance for and implements the exit process/documentation

    Learning:

    Supports the HR Country Lead with data and operational support for the overall Learning strategy and planning: organizing courses, resources and materials, liaise with external contractors, etc
    Coordinates digital learning platforms access, reporting and communication
    Acts as point of contact for training enquires and learning requests from stakeholders
    Provides support for the performance management process and employee engagement survey
    Responsible for organizing compliance training & awareness programs
    May be involved in the delivery of some training
    Works with the HR Country Lead on various learning and development initiatives

    Employee experience, relations & support:

    Assists with employee relations issues
    Acts as  the second line of support to queries that HR Operations cannot answer immediately, by looking at legacy issues, patterns or further background. Where no policy exists, builds proposals and aligns with HR Country Lead
    Provides HR generalist advice, guidance and support to the business as requested
    Acts as advisor for HR tools, processes, programs or projects
    Works with the HR Country Lead on various people programs
    Provides support in the implementation of specific EMEA HR projects and local initiatives.
