Qualifications

Who you are: 

• University studies in progress

You would be a perfect match to our team if:

• You have a systematic, organized and precise working style;
• You have an independent and pro-active working style;
• You have the ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively;
• You have good communication skills;
• You have the ability to work in team (including virtual teams);
• You are customer oriented. 

The languages you should know:

• Advanced English is mandatory
• German knowledge is a plus

Job Description

Interested? Get ready to work #LikeABosch! Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

• You will support the Sample Order Expert in pre-order phase ( with forecast updates, clarification of technical content etc.);
• You will offer support by receiving and processing sample orders from the customer system/Project Manager;
• You will be able to confirm the technical definition with the SOE/ Project Manager;
• You will be ensuring that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant;
• You will inform the SOE/Project Manager about planned delivery dates;
• You will offer support with updates/distributes of the sample delivery plan to internally after each meeting with the Project Manager;
• You will offer support with ensuring and following internal communication with Plant.
