Requirements

The Junior IT Solution Analyst manages Balkans client relationships and all aspects of technology delivery and support for Commercial, Supply Chain and FICO in the Balkans (Romania, Serbia, Bosnia).

Key Accountabilities:

* Partners with business sponsors to create business case
* Works with sector IT resources to ensure operations of technology services
* Works with development and delivery, operations and CTO teams to ensure effective solution delivery and ongoing operations
* Works with team members in other IT organizations to develop prototype solutions
* Partners with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive process improvements
* Works with IT and project teams to define as-is and to-be processes
* Owns the support and delivery of local applications (manage suppliers)

Requirements:

* Stays up-to-date with technology and industry trends by proactively participating in training, self-study, conferences, webcasts, user group participation, reading or other relevant means
* Applies best practices in daily work
* Ability to create and drive actionable plans through to delivery.
* Understanding of global controls and audit processes
* Strong problem solving skills
* Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers
* Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
* Proficient business level English language skills
