Cerinte

Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager / Accounts Administrator / Customer Care Agent or similar role;
Extremely organized, focused on quality and great attention to the smallest detail;
Strong ability to problem solve and deliver phenomenal customer service;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines;
Excellent German and English writing skills.

Responsabilitati

Answer multiple customer requests via chat messages or phone;
Delivering outstanding customer service while creating tickets;
Coordinating service delivery and performing regular customer experience follow-up activities;
Book trips or tickets on behalf of customers according to their corresponding package benefits;
Assist customers in finding appropriate offers and discounts according to their daily deals;
Help customers use the benefits of their insurance packages and airport lounges services.
