SoftOne Training Academy este un program de training avansat care se adresează tuturor absolvenților care au un background financiar-contabil sau de informatică, dar și specialiștilor IT sau profesioniștilor în procese de business care doresc să facă următorul pas în carieră și să devină Consultanți Soft1 ERP.

Cerinte

- Bachelor's degree in Communication and/or Marketing;
- Excellent writing skills, capable of writing in varying styles and tones to approach different target audiences and tailor the text to various contexts and situations;
- Excellent written and spoken Romanian and English skills, as well as good handling of - MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop marketing skills;
- Ability to think creatively;
- Proactive attitude.

Responsabilitati

- Creating and sending relevant and engaging newsletters for our target audience;
- Write SEO optimized blog articles;
- Prepare and create various promotional materials (keeping in touch with print & digital - suppliers when necessary and ordering print materials);
- Regularly updating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations etc.;
- Translating and adapting documentation&training materials related to product marketing;
- Conducting market research when necessary (for identifying new suppliers, new marketing products for employees, competition analysis);
- Contribute to the maintenance of the company’s websites content and social media accounts;
- Organizing together with the marketing team actions for employees to increase employee satisfaction;
- Updating the newsletters databases on a monthly basis;
- Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team, as well as to the partners network;
- Help organize marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows;
- Monitor and report on competition’s performance and marketing activities;
- Help organizing the onboarding process for the students when enrolling into SoftOne Training Academy (communication with the students);
- Help organizing the SoftOne Training Academy’s on-site training sessions (booking training rooms, preparing welcome gifts and training materials);
- Contribute to creating relevant partnerships to increase brand awareness for SoftOne Training Academy and to attract most candidates.
