    How does it work?

    • You will begin your journey at L’Oréal by rotating in different positions, and even different divisions, for a total of 13 months as follows:
    • 6 months in Finance and 6 months in Revenue Growth, where you will work on a dedicated project, with the opportunity to present your contribution in front of L’Oréal executives
    • 1 month of field experience with colleagues in between, for a better understanding of our business
    • Dedicated Buddy to offer you support and guidance in your day-to-day activity
    • Customized Induction program
    • Mentoring sessions with our executives
    • After you have graduated from L’Oréal SeedZ, you will have the chance to be transitioned into a position in your area of expertise, where you will continue to grow and find your purpose within L’Oréal Romania.

    YOUR PROFILE :
    • University/Master graduate or in your final year of studies
    • You must have a maximum of 2 years professional experience, except NGOs, internships and/or other student jobs
    • Passionate about developing a career in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
    • Fluent in English
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • You are innovative and an out-of-the-box thinker who challenges traditional methods
    • Consider yourself entrepreneurial, initiative-taker and eager to make a difference
    • Active in a student organization or other extra-curricular activities is a plus
