    Requirements

    Fluent English (written and spoken);
    Good knowledge of MS-Outlook;
    Experience in calendar management activities or travel arrangements;
    Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel;
    An accurate and reliable way of working;
    Very good communication and organizational skills;
    Pro-active and solution-oriented behaviour;
    Proactivity, attention to detail, adaptability;

    Responsibilities

    Maintaining the calendars of the management team and scheduling and organizing meetings;
    Tracking of deadlines and mailed items (Managing the mailbox);
    Sending reminders and standard communications
    Follow-up on to-dos & action items;
    Preparing presentation documents;
    Coordinating international workshops, including agenda setting, participants, and logistics. Support and track status of preparations;
    Organization of travel arrangements and the processing of travel documents;
    General administrative tasks.
