Responsabilitati
What will your role be?
•The Office Assistant is responsible for organizing, coordinating and assisting the office daily activities, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the office operations;
•Support for starters & leavers;
•Recruitment department support;
•Visitors arrangements and support;
•Supplying management (procurement coordinators);
•Office facilities management;
•Events organising support (internal & external);
•Correspondence and logistics management (external and internal) for employees and other support functions including but not limited to IT, HR and accounting;
