All we ask is: 

• To be in the final year of Bachelor, Master’s student or even a young professional with maximum 3 years of professional experience 
• Extracurricular experience abroad or (voluntary) work- extracurricular activities   
• Able to dedicate yourself full-time to the role 
• Have basic knowledge of business and management 
• Prove an entrepreneurial thinking and creative mind 
• Hands on mentality, fast learner and dedicated to self-development 
• Strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail 
• A team player, who builds their network naturally  
• Like to take initiative pro-actively, prone to work independently and isn’t afraid of challenges 
• Focused on results, with enthusiasm and a positive attitude 
• Willingness to take responsibility, initiative and able to work independently 
• Strong English knowledge
