    Cerinte

    - Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment is welcomed but not mandatory;
    - General understanding and desire to learn Global labor legislation and HR Practices;
    - Proficiency in both written and spoken English;
    - Demonstrated experience with MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems and process quickly.

    Responsabilitati

    - Provides day to day responses to employees on any employment queries, requests and procedures, escalating more complex issues to the rest of the team;
    - Assists with the internal communication flow with the employees, joiners, leavers, or the internal communication between HR and the other departments as required;
    - Completes the onboarding process (sending the requested documents, such as Induction, internal tools guides etc.);
    - Maintains up to date the HR files, databases, archives, and assists with recurrent file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is up to date and compliant with the relevant local legislation;
    - Assists with setting up induction training for new starters, as required.
