Requirements
The GBS (Global Business Support) located in Timisoara and Bucharest, provides high technical service and 3rd and 4th level support for Microsoft�s European Enterprise and Development customers.
Since the GBS (Global Business Support) is a continuous learning environment, we�ll make a significant investment in your technical and professional development, yet much of your growth will be self-directed. Moreover, you will be actively involved with mentoring, training and collaborating with other Engineers to make our team fast, stronger and smarter at handling critical issues for Microsoft customers.

Location: Bucharest
The role involves providing customers with reliable technical solutions and a consistently exceptional service experience. This involves remote support working in a local team in Romania, and collaborating with colleagues around the world;
Provide solutions to complex problems that satisfy our Spanish speaking customer base;
Using broad and in-depth product knowledge provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers;
Build customer and partner loyalty through customer orientation, responsiveness and accountability;
Work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high-level support;
Manage critical situations by setting customer expectations, devising action plans and effectively communicate with customers and relevant Microsoft contacts;
Dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers and mission critical support;
Handle support requests and driving Microsoft product feature and functionality requests on behalf of customers;
Take an active role in challenging and suggesting enhancements on existing processes and workflow.
Responsibilities
Requirements:
DOMAINS
Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Setup/Deployment);
Strong to good knowledge of operating system software Windows XP/7;
Good knowledge of Database "know how": MS Access, MS SQL;
Knowledge of Office Programming skills e.g. VBA (C#, VB.Net or other programming background would be an extra qualification);
Good knowledge of Web Server (IIS6, ASP.NET is also considered a plus) and HTTP/HTML, VBScript/java script;
Microsoft certification is considered also an advantage.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
� Strong working knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese; English it�s a must;
� Confirmed support experience in an IT environment;
� Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills;
� Communication skills in international environment;
� Customer-oriented attitude and strong team player;
Desirable knowledge:
Previous experience with Microsoft Office Applications (2003 / 2007 / 2010)
Previous experience with Microsoft operating system software Windows XP/7
