    Job Summary:

    The HR Representative is responsible for providing support to employees and managers on topics including, but not limited to, hiring, relocation, benefits, career development, performance appraisals, compensation and promotions. He/she may be the first line of contact for management/employee queries and is expected to have a good grasp of the HR/business issues with appropriate and proactive measures to regularly improve HR performance and employee motivation. He/she assists the HR Manager in the design, development and implementation of various policies, programs and procedures and is responsible for administering these as directed.



    Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Conduct the recruiting and selection process in according with Company needs and specific procedures;
    • Ensure that the quantity and quality of manpower is suited for long term requirements;
    • Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources;
    • Ensure periodically update job descriptions and competencies profiles updates regularly or whenever required of per each position;
    • Conduct new employee induction process;
    • Develop and maintain specific human resources data bases;
    • Actively involved in training programs for the facility, as a support resource for Training and Development Coordinator;
    • Participate and is involved in the performance review process (employee training, support the employee in forms completion etc);
    • Support the employee labor relations;
    • Act like an internal consultant, offering support and coaching to supervisors/ managers in all HR-related day-by-day issues, in full compliance with Company values, Corporate procedures and local laws;
    • Provide on-the-job training to new employees in HR team;
    • Develop, recommend and administer HR policies, programs, and procedures to meet the objectives of the Company.


    Requirements:

    • Communication: Strong communication skills with a good command of the English language.
    • Academic background: Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, or other HR related programs such as Business Administration, Management, Psychology or Sociology.
    • Provious experience: no experience needed.
