A student or fresh graduate, with previous internship or volunteering experience
Passionate about Marketing
Curious, driven and persistent
A great planner with analytical skills
A good user of Excel and Power Point
A good communicator, speaking flawlessly both in Romanian and in English

Responsabilitati

As a Marketing Trainee, you will:

Learn the role and importance of the Trade Marketing function
Learn how to develop a trade marketing strategy in order to increase the visibility of our products in stores
Visit the stores in order to see how this strategy is implemented
Learn how to collaborate with the agencies in order to implement promotional activities in stores
Develop pre&post promotional analysis, market shares and distribution analysis (Nielsen)
Ensures the monitoring of shelf prices (monthly) and of the exposure in retailers' catalogs (monthly).
