Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree, in journalism, marketing, public relations, or related field preferred, but optional.
 Good written and oral communication skills in the English language.
 Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with stakeholders of all levels.
 Good planning and organizational skills.
 Strong emphasis on collaboration, proactive, flexible, can-do attitude.
 Open to new challenges and embraces change as it comes.
 Proficient MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

 Compiling and distributing information in Power Point Presentations.
 Gathering and verifying information across multiple sources and from colleagues in our technical teams.
 Organizing presentations, company meetings, projecting slides and managing meeting Q&A sessions with Slido.
 Organizing company photography folders, including managing the process of obtaining colleagues’ consents to use their image in company posts, and storing their options in the company registry.
 Assisting with promotional activities, events and CSR actions.

Job Description

We are looking for a Communications Intern to join a 6-months internship program, who is very well organized and is passionate about communication. This person will support the employer branding team to execute the communication strategy, to help position MassMutual Romania as a top employer in the local IT market. After the internship program will end, based on the context, the desire will be to continue the collaboration, ideally on a full-time employment basis.
You will be working closely with the entire employer branding team and will be a part of the local HR department. You should ideally be located in either Bucharest or Cluj-Napoca.
