    Requirements

    - University degree (Economical or Foreign Language studies are an advantage);
    - German - advanced;
    - English - advanced;
    - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
    - Minimum 1 years of experience in a multinational company;
    - Experience in Project Management would be an advantage;
    - MS Office applications: advanced Excel, Word, Access;
    - Ability to meet dead-lines;
    - Trstful, disciplined, self-motivated, well-organized;
    - Good presentation, communication and time management skills;
    - Team player, initiative, change orientation, organisations skill

    Responsibilities

    - Support for the Management team;
    - Communication liason for internal and external partners;
    - Correspondence for the Management Team;
    - Elaboration of spechees and presentation (German and English);
    - Scheduling and coordination of the meetings;
    - Participation at meetings and keeping of the minutes;
    - Management Business Trips Organization;
    - Office administrative Work;
    - Office commercial Topics;
    - English-Romanian, Romanian-English, German-Romanian, Romanian-German translation.
