    • Previous experience (1-2 years) as a Team Leader in Customer care, Call Centre, operation office;
    • Good knowledge of implementing and monitoring processes and procedures for back office activities;
    • Leadership abilities: supervising, recruiting, monitoring and evaluating subordinated teams;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Result oriented approach;
    • Problem solving attitude;
    • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes;
    • Open and friendly personality;
    • Advanced knowledge of English (any other foreign language is a valuable asset);
    • Professional usage of MS Office

    Responsabilitati

    - Get familiar with quotation system and operational procedures
    - Get familiar with all the specifications of each market (Jakarta, Taipei, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Beijing)
    - Know the products and understand client profile so that clear instructions can be given to the staff
    - Ensure the team is reaching deadline and provides full and accurate quotations, recommending cost savings where applicable (Quotation)
    - Ensure the feasibility and accuracy of itineraries
    - To supervise the completion of PO’s in the system within the required deadline (Operations)
    - Co-ordinate the activities of Quotation and Sales Operations Teams to ensure effective allocation of work
    - Monitor and evaluate team performance and individual potential of each and every team member
    - Provide training to team members and give them permanent feedback
    - Identify ways to improve the process flow
    - Ensure good communication with colleagues and management
