Requirements

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related technical field;
- Experience in the telecommunication area, Voice and IP networks and software applications;
- Provened experience with Openscape Voice, Hipath 4000 or other SEN Products, SOCA certification (is considered a plus);
- Very good command in English and German as a plus;
- Availability to work in shifts, 24/7;
- Experience with Hipath telecommunication systems is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking also for JUNIOR and SENIOR Network Engineer, as IT professionals in Telecommunications area for our location in Brasov, Romania.
The person must have working experience in often technically complex scenarios, in the area of Siemens Enterprise Communication products and solutions with focus on Openscape Voice, DLS, Opticlient, ComAssistant, Xpressions;
The main responsibilities for:
- 2nd Level technical support consisting in standard request management and incident solving for enterprise communication systems and solutions, for customers all over the world;
- 3rd Level technical support consisting in technical troubleshooting and incident solving for enterprise communication systems and solutions, for customers all over the world;
- Participates in different projects with the purpose of optimization of existing customer solutions, designing new customer solution and taking part in the solution roll out.
