Requirements
Strong communication skills in a matrix and virtual environment;
Fluency in English;
Deep working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, graphs, macros) and PowerPoint;
Results-oriented with strong bias for action, excellent follow-up/closure and extreme attention to detail and quality.
Analytical approach & ability to make complex simple
Ability to work independently;
Process improvement mentality;
Previous HR experience in multinational environment is a plus;
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
1.Census management:
HR point of contact with Finance and HRS for monthly census alignment;
Helping to liaise with Finance and HRS during the census planning process above and beyond monthly census reporting;
Connect with the plant HR and ensure plant census is reported monthly to HTT Ops HRD;
Check and analyze any delta between actual census and the PS & TWF month end results; decrease differences between actual and system census;
Advise and follow the sites on correct census category, function, CC; become team’s expert on census issues;
Make ad hoc analysis on census as per HR HTT requests;
Involved as HTT point of contact in main census driven programs from Corporate;
2.Staffing:
Ensure jobs are collected in time from the sites, in the requested format, and prepare the report requested to be presented in the BDW;
Ensure approved jobs are recorded on the SharePoint and communicate to the sites;
Support OEF calculation done by finance by ensure correct mapping of census data, open reqs and new reqs;
3.HR Dashboard:
Support implementation of internal HTT HR dashboard;
Pull monthly reports on the metrics and communicate to the central Ops team;
Analyze trends vs. AOP and expected;
4.STRAP:
Ensure support for STRAP in terms of census reporting & data analysis;
Work with HRD to provide data needed for business simulation or other activities;
5. AOP preparation:
Ensure support for AOP in terms of census reporting & data analysis;
6.HPD & MRR:
Support the OD COE with the preparation and execution of D-ISC program;
Maintain Developing ISC program sharepoint site
Co-ordinate Developing ISC program communications and logistics in partnership with ISC Executive Assistant; act as Developing ISC participant contact for logistics (particularly at key event times)
Work with HRD to prepare specific talent presentations;
Work with OD COE on elbow management reporting, LDP nominations, etc.
7. Compensation:
Collect data for Job Evaluation to be run by Comp COE
8. Ad hoc reporting:
Ensure specific ad hoc reports requested by the business/ HR function;
