    - 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, employee relations or administrative roles
    - Ability to communicate efficiently in a multinational environment
    - Strong communication, interpersonal skills and high levels of professionalism

    - Ability to compile into reports information coming from different sources
    - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organization, time management skills
    - Expertise in payroll related matters and fiscal legislation; Strong knowledge of Romanian Labour Code;
    - Advanced English language skills
    - Excellent MS Office skills

    Responsibilities

    Recruiting and selection
    - According to business needs develops recruitment sources and strategies
    - Approves profiles with line managers and uses appropriate tools for recruitment
    - Coordinates interviews and informs HR Manager about recruitment calendar
    - Proposes methods of competence testing and reports about selected candidates
    - Follows up internal administrative hiring process
    - Initiates and updates Job Descriptions according to business input
    - Participates in induction process for new employees
    - Creates and maintains Recruitment data base
    - Undertakes administrative HR tasks concerning recruitment, employment

    Performance Appraisal
    - Follow up on performance evaluation preparation with the team leader, follow-up on completion, elaborate reports based on performance evaluation forms, participate in performance evaluation face to face meeting as needed
    - Offer support for the Organization Review process
    - Employee orientation, development, and training;

    Safety Training - completion and regular follow up.

    Compensation and benefits administration;

    Payroll & Salary Review – support in the salary review data preparation and participated in related meetings as needed, based on the experience, gradual involvement in the annual review process
    - Recording all salary information in the HR payroll system
    - Prepare monthly payroll
    - Offers information regarding salary calculation and salary tax to employees
    - Configures and analyses salary reports (salaries, employee taxes, employer taxes and costs, overtime)
    Legal aspects
    - Monitors all law changes and analyses their impact on employees and the company
    - Employee relations – issues requested personnel papers requested by employees
    - Ensures an efficient and consistent relationship with specific institutions, the Territorial Labour Inspectorate and the National Health Insurance Institute
    HR Projects

    - Participates in HR Project implementation and development
    - Proposes and implements solutions in order to automatize HR processes
