- Degree from a technical college or university of applied sciences
- 2 years in IMDS job experience
- Good knowledge of English

Responsabilitati

- Processing request form for creation IMDS sheets, give feedback to the IMDSrequester, define corrections necessary (if needed).
- Evaluating BOMs in the PDM data base, regarding incorrect or missing information for creating IMDS files; give feedback to the IMDS requester for initiate update/ corrections (if needed
- Checking and if needed requesting missing entries of IMDS-Node-ID’s from Quality Planners as well in- or external suppliers.
- Checking and evaluating the correctness of supplier IMDS datasheets (included in processing BOM) in accordance with the rules and regulation in force as well as with the specific requirements of the clients / place the SPM to supplier (if needed). Engage in discussion with suppliers to ensure acceptance, if necessary.
- Transfering information from PDM (BOM) to iPoint/ IMDS System, correcting and processing in order to create IMDS datasheets in accordance with valid IMDS and customer rules.
- Submitting IMDS datasheets to customer including regular checking and keeping track of acceptance or rejection by customer. Engage in discussion with customer to ensure acceptance, if necessary.
