Cerinte
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in HR management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilitati
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
• Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with department managers to make hiring decisions.
Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their HR-related concerns.
• Manage conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:
• Oversee the performance appraisal process.
• Work with managers to set performance goals and provide coaching when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for employee growth and development.
HR Policy Development:
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Educate employees on company policies.
Benefits and Compensation:
• Administer employee benefit programs.
• Participate in compensation analysis and review.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Training and Development:
• Coordinate training programs and initiatives.
• Support employees in their professional development.
• Identify opportunities for skills enhancement.
